Pamphlet by Mairead Maguire, containing an open letter to Northern Ireland's paramilitaries and politicians on the anniversary of the death of her sister Anne Maguire. Contains a call for renewal of IRA ceasefire and end to violence. Originally published in the Belfast Telegraph, 21st Jan 1997. Includes Declaration of the Peace People, short biography of the organisation and photograph of Mairead Maguire.
