An article from a 1985 October edition of Women’s News regarding a Women’s Book and Information Bus, as part of the International Feminist Book Fortnight which toured the province and garnered favourable reactions. "The idea of the bus was that it would provide the flexibility and mobility to bring ideas into the communities where women live and work — going out to meet women who might not consider coming to a conference or meeting."
