Scope and Content:

A speech given by Geraldine Finucane at an international human rights conference at Dublin Castle on the 17th January, 2002, some 13 years after the murder of her husband, Pat. In the speech, she discusses the role of collusion in the murder and the consistent obstacles, delays and diversions she has faced in her fight to uncover the truth. She writes, "It has been a long and and difficult road to travel but I do feel progress has been made towards the truth."
