A 1996 flyer publicising two talks hosted by the Mary Ann McCracken Historical Society; 'Irish Women's History: Myth or Reality?' with Margaret MacCurtain and 'When History was Made... The Women of 1916' with Ruth Taillon reading an extract from her book The Women of 1916. On the reverse is a biography of Margaret MacCurtain, the first woman to complete a PhD in history at UCD (University College Dublin).
