Red Lead Arts in 2003; freelance directing work at the Lyric; working with Kabosh; working as Artist in Residence at the Metropolitan Arts Centre (MAC) Belfast; achieving the Arts Council Northern Ireland "Major Individual Artist Award"; and her one-woman play, "The Experience of Being."
