Scope and Content:
A brochure publicising Sinéad O'Donnell's 'The Unknown' (2016), an art installation performed as part of the 'Future Histories' exhibition in Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin. The live art and digital media event, commissioned by the Irish Government's 2016 Centenary Programme, invited artists to respond to the Gaol's iconic association with the 1916 Easter Rising. O'Donnell's 'The Unknown' occupied two cells, and explored the "residue of lives lost to the jail and voices held forever within the greater collective memory of 1916."
